Safety and legal permission
A safety certification does not by itself make a product legal to connect in Texas. Rules may differ by utility, municipality, electric cooperative, code authority, landlord, condominium association, or HOA.

All savings and production results are illustrative estimates. Actual results depend on weather, shading, orientation, temperature, equipment, degradation, maintenance, electricity prices, export compensation, fees, financing, and applicable rules. No savings or payback period is guaranteed.
Email privacy
If you choose to receive updates, we store the email address you provide, the date of signup, the signup source, and a record of the consent language. We use it only for Texas Plug-In Solar updates unless we ask for separate permission. We do not sell email addresses. Every marketing email should provide a practical unsubscribe method.
For basic analytics, we count page visits by date and page. This counter does not set a cookie and does not store an IP address, device identifier, or browsing profile.
Before a broad public launch, this notice should be expanded with a contact email, data-retention period, service-provider list, and a formal request/deletion process.
Future commercial interests
This project may later earn affiliate, referral, sponsorship, or product revenue. If that begins, paid relationships and the project’s commercial interest in favorable policy will be disclosed visibly. Advocacy content will not present a financial relationship as independent analysis.
